I'm 21 and don't really know where my life is going, and you know what, I'm 21 and I don't need to. I'm exploring and figuring out little parts of what God has for me as I go. I'm in my fourth year of college with enough units to graduate but am more confused now about what I want to do then when I started.

I post things that inspire/interest me as well as some of my own stuff... hopefully I can piece things together and maybe inspire some other people along the way.

I just found out the the little girl in this photo, Ega, died from malnutrition. Last year I got to spend the summer in Malawi and meet some amazing children including Ega.  It breaks my heart and I haven’t figured out how to process it yet.

*a.k.a. How the Gospel is in danger of being tarnished by people who claim to follow Jesus, but live any way they want to, which is strikingly similar to people who don’t follow Jesus.

That is how the bulletin had church tonight phrased the sermon. Well phrased in my opinion.

Legalism is when Christianity is taught as JESUS + (something else). Jesus is enough and nothing you can do can bring you closer to that. On the other hand, when you believe in Jesus, your life should reflect that change. That change is an effect rather than something you need to do to earn anything.
